Sivasoorya Yoga School, registered with Yoga Alliance International offers 100 hour yoga teacher training course in India which includes traditional Hatha and Ashtanga Kollori yoga. This is a convenient option for those who want to complete the 200-hour course in two separate sessions.

The objective of this two weeks teacher training course is to help you understand yoga better and find the joy of practicing it at your own pace. The first 100 hour, considered as a semester will offer the students with the option to learn yoga in two weeks compared to the four weeks sessions of the 200 hour teacher training. When candidates who have completed the first semester course come back, they can join the next 100 hours yoga teacher training course for the second semester.

Through daily asana (posture) practice, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and philosophy discussions, you’ll gain a solid foundation in the traditional techniques of Hatha and Ashtanga yoga.

Our Yttc courses are open to all

 No previous experience or specific university/college certificate is required. Yoga education is open to all. Fluency in English, as it will be the medium of instruction. While fluency is preferred, even a basic understanding of English is acceptable. By completing this course, you will gain a solid understanding of yoga principles and practices, enabling you to teach yoga professionally or deepen your personal practice.
